We purchased Option Number 1 and would have been completely satisfied with our purchase had the item not arrived damaged. Not only was the item poorly packaged, it was badly knotted, two of the bells had detached and (more importantly) there was one missing bead and another two broken ones. For the sensitive individuals amongst us, the goods contained a strong odour (likely because of the fumes from the stain) however this will dissipate with adequate airing. While we had purchased other windchimes from this store previously (and had similar issues with inadequate packaging) this was the first time wed experienced a breakage. We encourage the store to invest in some bubble wrap, as it would likely prevent additional breakages and financial loss. Despite the lengthy procedures associated with the corona virus, the goods were delivered within a 27 day period.
